"Our stay at Alpenrose was very pleasant. The shared bathroom was clean and we were provided everything we needed. We even got some croissants in the morning! The only negative was that the WiFi did not reach our room very well (we were in a corner)."

"The contact information for the property on Expedia is incorrect, meaning we were unable to contact the hotel to book parking. I contacted Expedia several times and eventually got a number for the hotel, but by then the parking was full. On arrival at resort the key collection details from Expedia were totally wrong and the location for collecting the keys didn’t exist. "Jimmy in the ski shop was amazzzing! And the shuttle drivers. Very disappointed that when we took dirty towels (very dirty) on arrival to reception no apology or acknowledgement of how something like that wasn’t acceptable! Given cost and added charges we incurred it did make us not want to return. Nobody wants to find towels brown stained. The spa treatments were amazing and girls were very lovely. "
