"Lovely hotel, staff are great, particularly in the restaurant. They catered for me with vegan options that were thoughtful and very well executed. Plenty of parking in covered bays. Lots of little restaurants nearby. Area is quiet and safe, close to lakes and safe walks. Beds very comfortable, spotlessly clean. Dropped a star for noisy aircon, mirror being perished around the edges and plastic wrapping on soap and in bin liners. There’s no body or hand lotion, no conditioner, only shampoo and shower gel. Also, I read in some reviews that the rooms have kettles, there was no kettle in our room, only two small bottles of water. "

"This hotel is a gem, with well-appointed rooms (go for the "Sea View" rooms if you can, to see the sun rise over the Mar Menor), a first-rate staff and the best breakfast of the three hotels I stayed in during this trip to Spain.Walking distance to several great dining options (highly recommend the Bar Restaurant El Delfin), and to the walk along the beach, as well. I hope to stay at this hotel again during my next trip to Los Alcázares!"
