"This is a beautiful house in a fantastic location and we had a lovely holiday with our three children. Everything we needed was provided and the house was spotlessly clean. The pool was excellent, not at all busy and again beautifully clean. Antibes is a lovely resort with great walks, shops and beaches nearby. We would thoroughly recommend this property and hope to visit again another year. Thank you Karine for a great holiday!"

The property was super we-well equipped with ovens, toaster, tea pot (!) crockery, pans, cutlery, eco cleaners, electric blinds, comfy sofa and chairs, towels, excellent beds etc etc. The hosts provided really useful books and leaflets. The community where the cozy village house is located is friendly and very accommodating! The finest restaurants are located at the top of the street with stunning views of the countryside. They were also very helpful and gave us great tips about how to get to Nice, Monaco and other places around. "Even though we arrived late, Nadine and Christophe were there to give us the warmest of welcomes. We were shown around our holiday home and some drinks were kindly left for us in the fridge. Throughout our stay Nadine, Christophe and their son Martin could not have been nicer. They were always on hand if needed but left us to ourselves most of the time. The house was very comfortable. "We had a very good experience here. It was our first vacation outside Belgium with our 2 kids (3,5y and 6,5y). The welcome was very good, the house was little (but we knew that) but clean. We had everything we needed. The pool is in the garden of the owners, but they respect your privacy. It didn’t bother us en they let us be. If we should needed something, we always had the possibility to ask. Our first vacation was a succes. Thank you!"

"Overall it is a wonderful villa. It is superbly equipped, with plenty of space , the swimming pool is magnificent and the view is superb. The location is also convenient and is a short drive to nice. The villa is nicely decorated. Communication with the owner and manager was easy. Just a few very minor issues: - We had a little problem locating the villa as there wasn't much indication from the road. "We had an amazing time at Grimaldi. The view is spectacular from every room and we enjoyed supper on the deck in the evenings and coffee in the morning - loved the church bells. It is a peaceful spot in a great area."
