"We were 5-7 Adults renting the property for a month (over the Rugby World Cup). Every morning we took our coffee and pastries outside. What a view, right on the water. "Hotel was a little out of town, which we knew. Nice walk into town across the river. 20-30 mins The room was a nice size & clean, but had no air-conditioning & was extremely hot. We slept with the windows open & was woken up around 7/7:30am on week days with the building site next door. Our safe batteries needed replacing we asked twice, two different receptionist for new batteries & they were not replaced, so couldn't use the safe. "
