Annulation par la propriétaire
La propriétaire, a annulé notre réservation 2 heures avant notre arrivée (et nous venions de loin) du fait d'un différent avec Abritel sur sa rémunération. On l'a appris par un SMS + un mail d'Abritel, et Fabienne n'était plus joignable. Abritel nous a dépanné en urgence avec 3 nuits d'hotel et on a réussi à retrouver une autre location à proximité, mais ça a gâché notre début de séjour. Et cela alors que nous avions eu de très bon échanges en amont par téléphone avec Fabienne (qui le lendemain nous a rappelé pour essayer de proposer une solution).

Maison idéale pour qui aime le calme et souhaite visiter a pied
Que dire sinon que cette petite maison charmante possède des arguments convaincants. Parking privé aucune nuisance pres a pied de tout..plage commerce ect...confort interieur tres élégant literie parfaite..tous les ingrédients à disposition..petit jardin pour se détendre.de surcroît la propriétaire est réellement charmante prévenante et a l ecoute.

die lage und der garten sind traumhaft
wir haben es obwohl nicht sehr sauber extrem genossen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die lage zur markthalle und zum strand sind bei der ruhe im eigenen garten nicht zu toppen,ganz klasse!

Magnifique séjour dans un endroit enchanteur et donnant le sentiment d'être chez soi
Quelle belle découverte que cette magnifique maison et son beau jardin fleuri, au calme tout en étant tout proche de la plage. Et que dire de notre rencontre avec sa propriétaire et ces deux adorables loulous, si accueillante et à l'écoute et qui a su faire de notre séjour à La Baule à l'occasion de nos 10 ans de mariage un moment inoubliable. Nos deux petits loups et nous-mêmes nous y sommes tout de suite sentis "comme chez nous" et avons déjà hâte d'y revenir.

Séjour très agréable Laurence est au petits soins pour ses locataires. C'est un petit nid douillet avec toutes les facilités et commodités de vie. De plus La baule c'est magnifique avec son marché ou on peut se déplacer à pied et sa grande plage de sable fin. Magnifique à refaire.

On est loin de l'esprit de "La Baule"
Un certain charme (maison et intérieur) mais c'est hélas bien tout. Au-delà de la présence de cette maison sur un parking entouré d'immeubles, et non dans une rue ou dans une voie privée; l'annonce comporte la mention "une chambre" alors qu'il s'agit d'un emplacement totalement ouvert sur le séjour sans porte ni rideau, bref une pièce unique à vivre, chambre comprise. La propriétaire sollicitée nous a répondu "c'est l'esprit loft". Que dire d'autre quand les toilettes sont situées dans la salle de douche non séparée par une porte de la pièce à vivre mais par un rideau. Bref une pièce unique, chambre et salle d'eau quasi comprise.Toutes ces précisons sont bien évidemment absentes de la description de l'annonce et c'est bien là le problème. Aucun confort ni intimité dans une maison isolée au milieu d'un parking entièrement bétonnée. On est bien loin de l'esprit de "La Baule"

Belle maison bauloise entièrement rénovée à 5 mn à pied de la plage ...
Que dire de plus ... tout est dit dans le descriptif de ce petit nid douillet ... Ha si, arroser les fleurs mais aussi nourrir la tourterelle et les petits oiseaux, et quel plaisir pour nous !! Laurence, a fait le maximum pour que notre séjour soit parfait, et ce fût le cas. A une prochaine fois sans hésiter, si nous repassons dans la région.
