"Unfortunately no key was in the keysafe when we arrived and we had to wait around half an hour before it was sorted out. Not too bad but a bit stressful! Room ok for the price and air con worked w"

"Wonderful quiet hotel, close to the Cathedral and Alcazar. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and the hotel did not disappoint. They were very helpful providing flowers and a chilled bottle if Cava upon our arrival."
