"As close to Gare de Lyon station as you can be without staying at the station. It is a vibrant modern hotel with self check in (assistance readily available). The room has an iPad that can be used to control lights, temperature and TV as well as highlight of the hotel. The lounge on the 16th level serves pretty reasonably priced drinks as well as a cheese platter to drool over. The view of the Eiffel Tower light show is also not to be missed. The buffet breakfast has a great selection and barrista made coffee is no extra. "

"Hotel Roubaix is a gem of a hotel with charming decor and lovely staff, especially the owner Christophe. He's very warm and welcoming and went above and beyond for my stay. You can tell he really values his guests. The breakfast is great and served in a charmingly decorated space. I 100% recommend this hotel as your place to stay in Paris! "

"Wonderful location! It was nice to be so close to everything. We were able to walk to most destinations and for destinations we didn’t walk to, we were right by the metro. It was such a good location that we were even able to stop back in our hotel room for a rest in between our ticket times to Musée de l'Orangerie in the morning and the Louvre in the afternoon. The location is also in a surprisingly quiet street considering tons of restaurants and cafes are just down the block. The property is a little on the dated side and our room didn’t get the most light, but everything was so clean that even with the low lighting it didn’t feel grimy or dusty at all. They also had chocolates and wine in the lobby in the afternoon, which was a nice touch. Thank you for this great experience!"
