Amelia: Modern house with pool and garden near the beach

House located just 13 minutes walk from the beach of Riells in L'Escala. This beach has very fine sand, with crystal clear waters and very shallow, a wonderful place for the whole family! The seaside promenade of Riells beach offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, entertainment places for children, supermarkets, water activities, etc. The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is a living-dining room with access to the garden and the terrace, an open kitchen (kitchenware, pots, and pans), and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with bathtub. The house also has a private pool and garden, where children can play while you prepare barbecue or enjoy lunch with friends and family. In total 7 people can sleep in two double beds and three single beds.Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old).
