The apartment is between Benidorm and Calpe. It includes a pool area, a heated winter pool, a jacuzzi, a tennis court and a bowling green.
The apartment has three bedrooms, one with a bath.
There is also a separate shower room.
The living room is spacious with a nice dining area.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
The apartment offers two terraces, a winter garden and direct access to the pool.
It is very suitable for overwinterers, as heating and air conditioning are available.

Sufficient and free parking spaces are available in front of the house.
But it is also possible to use an underground parking space.

Pets (small to medium sized dogs) are allowed. Price per day € 2.00,

Bertha greeted us with the keys on our arrival and showed us around, she was very friendly and welcoming. The apartment was spacious with plenty of cupboard space; we found everything we needed for a two week stay in January. Having gas central heating it made the apartment ideal for the chilly winter nights, along with the lovely heated swimming pool. It was also conveniently located within walking distance to a Mercadona and a Lidl as well as bars, restaurants and the seafront. We would definitely rent again if we return to the area. Thank you very much Bertha.

Lovely spacious apartment
The spacious ground floor apartment was lovely, quiet, and just a few steps from the pool. We enjoyed the large terrace where we relaxed and had our meals. There was lots of storage space by way of wardrobes, drawers and cupboards, which was very handy. A well equipped apartment. A 10 minute walk to the sea and not much further to the resort centre, although there are restaurants and shops quite close.

Lovely property great host
Property met all our expectations and Bertha is a kind helpful host. Very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a lovely family break. Well equipped with great outside space, on the ground floor. We were able to eat outdoors for every meal. Great for our 2 grandchildren (3 and 6) you can see the pool from the garden but there are 2 gates that can easily be secured allowing the children to play in the sun but be very safe. Although the television does not have English channels this is easily remedied as the WiFi is fast enough to stream. If you take television connection wires for your phone/laptop/I pad you can access English television via the internet. There is parking in the underground garage, the indoor pool is lovely and warm and never crowded and the outdoor pool would be great in the warmer months. Easy walks to the beach, shops, supermarkets and parks. All in all a lovely property and resort making for a relaxing break.

Diese Wohnung und die Vermieterin-Bertha- sind für jeden Gast ein 6. Er im Lotto. Großzügige Wohnung, toll eingerichtet, sauber, Riesenterasse , Wintergarten, moderne Küche.Bertha ist supernett und hilfsbereit.Man kann sich jederzeit von ihr Hilfe holen. Internet ist verfügbar. Dazu ein beheizter Pool ein riesiger Pool direkt vor der Terasse, eine Bocchiabahn zur freien Verfügung. Wir waren bereits das 2.mal dort. Sollte es unsere Gesundheit erlauben werden wir wieder dort Qartier nehmen. Alles Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants u.s.w. sind in der Nähe und zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Zum Strand sind es ca.500m. Danke Bertha,dass wir bei Dir sein durften. Meti, Monika und Klaus aus Berlin

Top lokatie en groot compleet appartement
Zeer schoon en compleet appartement met goede bedden en zeer accurate gastvrouw. Door de luxe meubels niet per se geschikt voor kleine kinderen, maar verder top!

Wonderful stay
We have enjoyed our Holiday very well! The appartment is very well located (close to beach & shops) and has all the luxury we could wish for. (both heated as “cold” swimming pool available). The welcome by the Owner (Bertha) was warm. We even were presented A bottle of wine at arrival!
