All bed covers were dirty, stained, smelly and the bathroom filthy. The owner put up a fit at the beginning and threatened to cancel our stay but later agreed to clean up. The overall property is still under development and some of the household basics weren't quite ready (the oven wasn't set up yet, some standard utensils and kitchen items weren't there), and the house had no guide to operate appliances, air conditioning, wifi, etc. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay, but the new property and management still needs some work.
