You will relax in a lovingly furnished 3-room apartment of about 70 m² in size, which is located on the second floor. From the living room you reach the approx. 9 m² large balcony in the direction of the west and can enjoy the sun from late morning until the evening hours. The living room is equipped with kitchenette (stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine), comfortable. Couch set, dining area, radio and TV. A bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with double bed (1.60 wide) and the bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet complete the overall picture of this apartment.  Bed linen and towels can be rented for 15,00 € per person - please pre-order!Non smoking apartment! No pets! StoreroomA underground parking space available. Arrive and feel good !!!  

The apartment complex "Us Strandhus" was built in 2007 in the style of resort architecture and is located in the district Kühlungsborn-West near the stop of the historic train Molli. In the immediate vicinity are dining and shopping facilities. The fine sandy beach is about 500 m. All apartments have a balcony or terrace and a parking space in a spacious underground car park. Have you always dreamed of cycling to the beach? Would you like to visit one of the numerous on-site events by bike? Or do you want to be a little sporty and make a discovery tour by bike on the well-developed cycle path network in the area? No matter what your heart desires: In the bike rental "MY BIKE BY THE SEA" you can on special terms (discount vouchers you receive upon arrival) bicycles, e-bikes, children's bicycles, mountain bikes u. V. M. borrow.

Kurztrip

Wohnung macht auf den ersten Blick einen sauberen Eindruck. Auf dem zweiten fanden wir schmutzige Socken hinter dem Sofakissen und benutzte Taschentücher unterm Bett. Bett ist mehr als gewöhnungsbedürftig,. Wir schlafen zu Hause auf H3 , aber hier lag man wie auf einer Tür, muss man mögen. Die Kopfkissen sollen ausgetauscht oder gewaschen werden, die sind schmuddelig und klumpig. Der Kühlschrank ist sehr laut und brummt unentwegt. Tiefgaragenausfahrt nur für Kleinwagen geeignet, selbst für geübte Berufskraftfahrer schwierig. Die Lage allerdings war super. Beim nächsten Mal treffen wir eine andere Wahl.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die zentral gelegene Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und großen Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile und sonniger Terrasse ist ideal für Ferien an der Ostsee. Wir hatten acht Tage meist sonniges Wetter. Eine Markise, statt eines Sonnenschirms wäre bei dieser großen Terrasse wünschenswert. Die Wohnung ist sauber und modern und wenn man einmal selber kochen möchte, ist alles vorhanden. Auch ein gut funktionierendes WLAN Netz ist da. Das Auto hatte in der Tiefgarage auch Urlaub. Supermarkt, Restaurants, Cafés sind in der Nähe. Insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub und wir freuen uns auf das nächste Mal.

sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und durchdacht eingerichtet. Alle erforderlichen Einrichtungsgegenstände waren im guten Zustand vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es handelt sich um eine Wohnung die man auch gerne wieder besucht und Freunden weiter empfiehlt.

Ein Traum

Wunderschöne Wohnung, tolle Dachterrasse und dazu diese traumhafte Umgebung. Sehr schön auch die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche.
