Ich war regelrecht geschockt, dass die Betten nicht bezogen waren. Seit wir bei upstalsboom buchen (über 20 Jahre) gab es das noch nicht. Große Enttäuschung!!!! Es stand auch nirgendwo geschrieben, dass das jetzt der Gast selbst machen muss. Die Kosten sind gestiegen für Wohnung und Wäschepaket (gab es früher auch nicht; war im Preis inklusive) und der Service ist schlechter geworden. Außerdem fehlte in unserem Wäschepaket der Duschvorleger und das kleine Geschirrspülmittel (Fit) und es waren nur 1 1/2 Rollen Toilettenpapier in der Erstsusstattung der Wohnung, wenn wir schon dabei sind. Kann nur hoffen im Sinne aller zukünftigen Gäste, dass der Service besser wird und die Betten in Zukunft wieder bezogen sind. Früher war der Slogan: Ankommen und der Urlaub beginnt da waren wir dieses Mal weit davon entfernt; zumal das Servicebüro im Stadtteil West sicher aus Spargründen, wegrationalisiert wurde ;-))))) seit ein paar Wochen. Auf ganzer Linie herbe Enttäuschung!!!!! Hoffe die Beschwerde wird weiter geleitet bis in die Chefetage - wir sind Stammgäste und es wäre schön wenn das Niveau gehalten werden könnte und nicht immer nur der Preis steigt. Haben übrigens 20% (bei Buchung im Oktober 2023) mehr bezahlt als Gäste im Last Minute ;-(((
