"Clean, well located hotel. Main pool and spa were closed for refurbishment during our brief stay but wasn't reason for visit it was proximity to event we were attending at zitadelle. Bed comfy, breakfast varied and tasty, overall good stay with good service, would stay again. Rooftop bar was nice touch."

"This hotel is opposite to Berlin Central Station, took only minutes to walk. The room is modern & cosy, clean, tidy, & with clean bathroom. Lighting is good & bright. Beware of no kettle provided, no in-room coffee, tea & water cup. Bathing gem are 3 in one, meaning hand soap, shampoo & body lotion in one. Breakfast, wifi are included. If you need water, you may drink tap water or going down to lobby to get hot water from coffee machine in self serve cafe. "

"Great breakfast! This is a clean, modern property, and very well-maintained; it covers all the basics at a reasonable price, punching well above its weight. Beds and linens were great, easy internet access. The staff was wonderful. This hotel is an excellent base from which to see many Berlin monuments, many of which are walkable from the hotel, and the Naturkundemuseum U-Bahn station was less than a block away—The Berlin Hbf (main station) is about a 15 min walk. Super convenient. I would, without a doubt stay again!"

"We had a great experience overall. Our room was large, clean, and modern. Although we didn’t opt for the full breakfast since we prefer something light in the morning, we were pleasantly surprised to find a small complimentary breakfast by the pool. It included a fruit salad, additional fresh fruit, cereals, cheese Turkish pastries, and what seemed to be Turkish bagels, a nice touch. The pool and spa were excellent, and the gym was particularly impressive - one of the best hotel pools and gyms we’ve come across, fully equipped and spacious. The only thing we missed was a jacuzzi, which would’ve made the spa area perfect."

"We are here in the high season so all rooms are full. The floor and bathroom are generally clean. There are marks on the walls in our room from heavy traffic of guests coming and going. We were able to walk from the train station without issue "
