DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDING AND SURROUNDINGS:
The apartment is located in an extremely picturesque area. It is only a few hundred metres away from green areas such as the Polish Aviators' Park in Krakow. You can take a walk in the great space, relaxing in the bosom of nature in the middle of the city. Those coming to Krakow in search of cultural events will certainly like the distance to the Tauron Arena - a six-minute walk is enough to reach the venue. There are many restaurants and retail and service outlets nearby. The biggest attraction of the Malopolska capital, the Old Town, can be reached by car within 20 minutes. The neighbourhood is very well connected with other parts of the city. The nearest bus stop Tauron Arena Krakow is seven minutes away from the apartment, while the tram stop TAURON Arena Krakow Wieczysta is only a fifteen-minute walk. There is a Resident's Zone on the estate where you can spend your free time together or do some work. It sleeps up to six. Two in the first bedroom on a large double bed, two in the second bedroom on a sofa bed and another in the living room also on a sofa bed. The induction hob available in the kitchenette will certainly come in handy when preparing a delicious meal. Additional kitchen amenities include an oven and a fridge with freezer function. On warmer days, you can enjoy a pre-cooked meal on the apartment's balcony, and you won't have to worry about tedious dishwashing because the flat also has a dishwasher. In the bathroom you will find a shower, a washing machine and a set of welcome free toiletries. The apartment is friendly towards those working remotely - a desk can be found in the bedroom. Additional multimedia facilities include access to a high-speed WiFi connection, as well as a TV with SmartTV+ function. A parking space is assigned to the apartment.
