"The best part about the property was staff and the food at the on site restaurant. The staff was always ready to help with a smile on their face and greeted everyone with respect. Food was excellent. However, the room I stayed in was terrible. The room was below average. Bedsheets had stains on it which is a big no no in hospitality business. There was no heat in the room. "Well to be hobest we were quite happy while checking in given how beautiful the resort was but had a mixed experience during our stay. The Corbett area is full of resorts and this one is about 20km from the main gates, so be aware of that while booking. The hotel missed daily housekeeping but got it done within 10 minutes of complaining. The food options are limited and room service is dead post 10, so stick to the buffet options perhaps.
