"Anna and Steve were lovely hosts, including everything in the cottage from tea and coffee, kitchen appliances and bathroom additions such as soaps and bath crystals. The cottage was beautifully designed and spacious, with a stunning back porch and front gardens with a fountain, large outdoor chess set and picnic areas made this holiday tranquil and welcoming. The guest book was extensive with information on the cottage and places in the area to visit. Thank you for having us, we loved our stay....

"The property was a traditional timber cottage located close to the water and the shops (within easy walking distance). It was very clean and easily accommodated three adults and our dog. The heating was fabulous (it was a pretty cold winter weekend), and there was a lovely outside and secure yard. Everything was clean and tidy and the beds were comfy. There’s loads of books and some games, so plenty to do if you want a lazy afternoon. We’d definitely stay here again."

"My only disappointment with Curragh Cottage was that no former tenants came to say hello . Obtuse I know, but I had the feeling there could have been a friendly spirit within those walls . Maybe next time or on a warmer night ."

"We had a very nice time at Whalers Cottage. The location is excellent and within walking distance of town, beach and local attractions. It was wonderful to watch grebes and coots feeding in the beautiful pond outside. Frog calls lulled us to sleep each night The cottage was clean and functional. Plenty of crockery and kitchen utensils were provided. The air conditioner was sufficient to keep us warm in the living area, provided the door was kept closed. An enjoyable holiday."

"Warm, cosy, clean & comfortable. Great location to walk to town & waterfront & beach. Cottage was sold after we booked but everything still went smoothly. Only complaint - chaise lounge should be replaced by a small 2 seater lounge. We plan to stay here again"

"Long weekend trip from Melbourne. Arrived on Thursday night to a warm property with the fire on. Large swim spa was nicely heated, some places have them too cold. Property too big for the two of us and so we just used downstairs but would be great for a family. 15 minute walk from Time and Tide high tea which was an amazing experience. 30 minutes walk into town. "A beautiful quiet location. Don't be put off by the busy road outside, you certainly cannot hear anything once you are snuggled into the cottage down the back of the property. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook up a feast. The backyard and outdoor deck were perfect for afternoon drinks. The interior was very clean. "Was a modern apartment which was lovely and clean. No reception, they send you a code to a key safe. They leave a little bag with gift vouchers for local stores with a couple of chocolates, this is a nice touch. Bed was comfortable and shower large with great water pressure. Has upstairs where bedroom and bathroom are with a cute little balcony and downstairs is kitchen and lounge. Will stay again. "
