This condo was purchased July 2021 and owner previously managed several top-rated condos in Kauai (Kahala 121, Regency 311, Waikomo Stream Villas 530 and Hale Poipu in Bayview Estates). Easy care tile and vinyl plank flooring. New appliances (2021), 4 new ceiling fans (2021), new water heater (2022), new faucets/sinks/toilets and disposal (2021), new 28-cf large Samsung refrigerator. Well-stocked kitchen with Cuisinart Kpod and traditional coffee maker, rice cooker, newer pots/pans, baking dishes, plenty of utensils and service items. New LG full-size washer dryer (2021). Amazing accommodations!

Great, clean condo with plenty of space for our family of 5. Location between 3 beaches is covenient. Kitchen is well equipped, washer/dryer are newer...just bring shampoo & soap for showere. We would definitely stay here again!

Exceeded Expectations
We arrived after staying in Princeville for a week. Patty's place was such a comfortable and refreshing place to cool off and relax in. My family wished we had stayed here the entire trip. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms stayed cool. She has labeled everything and has clear and simple instructions posted in various locations which insures appliances stay in optimal condition. The pride she takes in her home shows. She even has earplugs throughout her place in case you experience noisy neighbors or roosters. She has plenty of beach gear in great condition. I love that she asks you to purchase new boogie boards if one or both are missing or broken and she will reimburse. It just shows that she wants everyone to enjoy their stay. The grounds are incredibly peaceful and gorgeous. We had no problem accessing all pools and the big spa. Fantastic stay! We would definitely return.

One of our Best VRBO’s Ever
Great location and very clean. This unit was one of the best units we have ever rented. It was stocked with everything. We just had to get a little bit of food and shampoo and sunblock/bug spray. I wish every VRBO was set up as well as this one is. It was quiet, and pool/hot tub was nice as well.

Family retreat
My wife, my two daughters, and I have a great stay at this Poipu location. The condo was super clean and it had everything that you could possibly need. Even though it rained for the full five days that we were here, we found a little bit of sunshine here and there to walk down to the beach with the wagon full of beach essentials that Patty provided. If we were ever to return, we would definitely try to book Patty’s place again.

Perfect for large families!
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property! The location is great with a short walk to beaches, the AC's worked very well, the kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked including some of the basics you may not have considered to be available in a VRBO! Property was clean and everying was functional as advertised! We were very happy with the property and our experience! If we come back, we won't even look for another property, we'll just rebook this one!

Amazing stay in Kauai!
This condo and location were perfect for my family’s trip to Kauai. The condo is clean, well-stocked, and lovely decor. Can’t beat the location! We loved being able to just walk down to the beaches with the wagon loaded up with boogie boards, chairs, towels, umbrella, etc. we had lots of adventures with a hike starting at shipwreck beach, kayaking on the wailua river, biking along the east shore. We were sad to leave!

Best Vacation Ever!
Patty’s home was the perfect place to call “home” for our week in Kauai! The close location to the beaches was amazing and so convenient for the multiple times we played in the ocean. The pools and hot tubs were a welcomed perk at night after a day in the sun! Pattys home was so beautifully decorated and we loved and appreciated all of the wonderful “extras” that you just don’t find in other rentals or hotels. We didn’t need to pack or buy so many items because she provided so much! The boogie boards were used daily as well as the beach chairs, coolers and umbrellas. And the wagon to carry it all was so nice! Our family of 5 all had plenty of space and felt very comfortable. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property, we will definitely come back!!

Great home base for Kauai Vacation
We enjoyed our stay here as a family of 5 Condo is exactly as pictured online. There is plenty of space and we enjoyed the large kitchen. Also, we really appreciated the three separate beds for our teens. Made a great layout for us. The condo was mostly clean but we did run into some bugs a few days in which we were told was because of the rain. There are three pools but we only found 2 of them. The pools were nice but the hot tub is outdated and the jets were sometimes working and sometimes not, as well as it just needed to be cleaned. Location was great to walk to Shipwreck and Poipu beach and the chairs and wagon were greatly appreciated! The kitchen is pretty well stocked and had what we needed to prepare meals. Overall a good condo at what I thought was a fair price for the location and amenities.

Perfect Getaway!
The place is perfect. Centrally located for beaches days and adventures throughout the island. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is amazingly well stocked, pools are close by, and all the beach gear, coolers, and other accessories available during the stay made our trip a dream come true. Couldn't have asked for any more. Quite possibly the best VRBO we've ever stayed at!

This was the perfect place to stay for Poipu. Beaches were so close, the parking spot and our rooms were convenient and easy to locate. The community and location so close to the beaches were perfect! Parking stalls are a little tight, but that’s how it is everywhere in Kauai. All the extra amenities were wonderful to have. The beach stroller/wagon and boogie boards were wonderful and in excellent condition. Everything inside is nicely labeled. The tv’s, kitchen, laundry, iron and good-sized bathrooms were so handy to have. The A/C units worked great for each of the rooms. Just note that the lights on the ceiling fans are turned on by remote control. That took us awhile to figure out after trying all the different combinations of switches. We will definitely stay there again if we come back to Kauai!!

Super VRBO with everything you need & more
We were given extremely detailed instructions regarding check-in, parking, etc. That was so appreciated since our arrival was late at night. It was super easy getting into the condo. This condo had plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards & a wagon to haul it all in. The condo was very clean & spacious. The kitchen has everything you need. We cooked most of our meals and enjoyed using the lanai. I loved that there were LOTS of hangars in the closet! The washer/dryer was a plus, and thank you for supplying the detergent and dryer sheets. The pools were very clean & near the condo. We did not use the tennis courts, The condo complex was beautiful and very well kept. We went to several beaches, but our favorite beach was Brennecke beach, just a 7 minute walk from condo. We enjoyed watching the boogie boarders and swam with turtles! At Poipu beach (just another 2 minute walk from Brennecke), we saw a sea turtle and a monk seal resting on the beach. We've been to Kauai 3 times, and this was the best time, best location and the best VRBO. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Patty’s place was fabulous. The kids loved the variety of pool options, close to some shops and perfect beach access. We have stayed in Kauai a few times and this was by far our favourite property and spot in sunny Poipu. We will for sure be back! Mahalo Patty.

We absolutely loved our stay. The rental was clean and organized making it easy to find what we needed. And it had all the extras like shampoo, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, beach gear and more which made our stay enjoyable as we didn’t have to go to the store to buy those things. The location was great. Prompt communication with the property owner. And the listing was very accurate to the actual property - no surprises. Would definitely stay here again or recommend to others.
