Villa Sunrise at Paradise Village is a 2-bedroom villa ideal for families seeking a peaceful retreat. Each bedroom has a double bed and one single bed, offering comfort and space for all. Nestled in the tranquil hills of Nathon, this villa provides stunning views, perfect for relaxation or work. Enjoy the shared pool and sundeck, and experience the serenity of nature. Villa Sunrise is the perfect getaway for families looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
- No all teenager/young adult groups allowed without multiple positive reviews.
-The main booker has to be one of the staying guests.
- Cleaning and change of linen on stays over a week are a must.
- Extra daily cleaning upon request at additional cost.
- There is a strict NO smoking policy INSIDE all of our villa areas. There will be a hefty deep cleaning fee applied to those who do not comply with this standard. Smoking is only allowed outside the villa.
- A refundable security deposit of 3000 thb (or equivalent in other currency) will be required upon arrival.
- no toilet paper flushing, blockef toilet will be charged a penalty of 8000 thb
- Pool serviced twice a week.
- Electricity will be charge at 10 thb Per KW at check out
