The location was excellent and probably why it cost 3000 rupees a night. I didn’t mind the dated furniture and the room was large. TV and breakfast were advertised but no tv in my room and no breakfast available. Also no toiletries l, not even a bar of soap and no drinking water in the room.

Great staff, physical plant could be updated
First, the staff here are lovely, helpful, and kind. They made this visit great. However, the physical plant is not up to Western standards. The bathroom is a wet room, but there was hot water. The bedsheets seemed old, but were clean. The location is excellent. The staff are really sweet and help problem solve. Overall, my stay was comfortable, safe, and the AC was a champ. I recommend this spot, but it's not for the super picky.

Great stay in Fort Kochi
This was an excellent place to stay for a while...Subash and staff were very friendly and helpful and attended to all my needs. ... The building is old so don't expect brand new.... The room was spacious and comfortable..... More importantly. You are treated to a nice, hot, shower.... The location is excellent... Close to all shops and restaurants.... I would definitely stay here again
