"We chose this home based upon the location and the pictures. When we arrived, we were a bit disappointed in the overall appearance of the gounds. It was definitely more run down than the pictures portrayed. The entire complex needs some paint and lots of TLC. The house itself was fine, but it is advertised as OK for long term guests and I would have to disagree with that. "We stayed for a week during Christmas.The house was very spacious, comfortable, have everything you need and very quiet as half of the village no one lived there. We rented the car and was very convenient for us only 5-10 minute drive to the local markets, beach and restaurants. We were very upset that the pools are unusable and full of stagnant water and algae... We had to find the pool to used near to the beach instead during our stay which was happy for my 7 years old daughter finally. The...

"Ich bin normalerweise nicht so der Rezessionen Schreiber. Hier ist es mir aber ein Bedürfnis! Angefangen damit, dass vom Vermieter schon vorab jegliche Hilfestellung angeboten wurde, zum Beispiel wurde der komplette Transfer vom/zum Flughafen organisiert, so ging es mit der Umsorgung während des Aufenthaltes weiter. Egal, ob noch etwas im Haus benötigt wurde (z.B. Mehrfachsteckdose) oder ob es um Ausflüge ging, so war immer die gute Fee des Hauses da und konnte immer helfen, was ja nicht...

"The house has plenty of rooms for up to 6 gusts and every room has air condition. The swimming pool was one of the best I've ever experienced, surrounded by coconut and other trees, very natural setting. It is a short walk to the beach from the house. The beach is sandy and it is easy here to enjoy the ocean."

"Schönes Ferienhaus in einer ruhigen Ferienanlage. Es war mit allem Ausgestattet was im Inserat stand. Zum Gemeinschaftspool waren es ca 50 Meter und zum Strand ca. 200 Meter. Die Betreuung war hervorragend der Kontakt war sehr gut. Es wäre allerdings ratsam auch ein auto zu mieten da Die Anlage doch weit weg ist von Restaurants oder auch nur Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ansonsten kann ich dieses Ferienhaus nur Empfehlen habe hier Ruhe und Erholung gefunden."

"TubTim is always our "go-to" place for Koh Samed. It has a wonderful beach with shallow, clean, warm water. The view is terrific, especially from the "N" class bungalows, and the staff are excellent. This is a terrific "value for price" property on Koh Samed; one that we return to often. "

"Note the 'Garden Wing' section is a lovely modern & newer part of this hotel. Room was very spacious with a great layout. Hotel is just across the road from beach. The 'Ocean Wing' section is in a completely separate location on the other side of road approx 500m away which you can use their facilities also but in my opinion it looked a bit dated & run down in the areas surrounding the pool. The local town area is very quiet with not much to do within walking distance. It appears a more popular destination for local Thai families. The beach cleanliness was not up to the standard of many other resorts all over Thailand in my opinion."

"This was great option on Koh Samet. There are several room types. We stayed in a deluxe room. There were no chairs or bench in the room only a bed There was benches outside on the patio bpir something in the room would be better. Breakfast was very good. Deinks ..well the forgot to put the rum in out pina coladas and the bar would not bill everything at the bar to our room. We asked reception and they said we could have . I would prefer a few more tables with regular chairs on the beach. Getting up and down from a bean bag on the beach if you are older. One party used all the chairs both evenings ao non was available for our party. I would stay there again bit make some adjustments"
