"Overall this is a good hotel to stay. Staffs are friendly and helpful. There is one thing that is not convenient: the air conditioning of each room is controlled by the hotel. The guest can only turned it on/off. There is no control on temperature and fan. This is a strange practice and it has caused some difficulties for me to sleep well. (My room faces the street and is very noisy if I open the window) "

"Perfect location within 10 minute walk from Salzburg Hbf train station. Transport links were brilliant with nearby stop for many of the buses that took you right across Salzburg - recommend the Salzburg card. "Lovely place, quiet and accessible walk to town. Go across street to private area, sit and enjoy the lake and mountain view. ONLY PROBLEM room was super hot, no AC and could not leave door open because a few bugs flew in. My husband didn't like that he had to pay for the coffee and bread.
