The spacious, open-plan living-dining area covers 65m2, has a fireplace and offers spectacular views of the Wilder Kaiser mountains and the Hohe Tauern. Each of the three bedrooms has a separate, high-quality marble bathroom, TV and free high-speed WLAN Internet. The outdoor area includes a terrace with sun loungers, dining table and magnificent views of the Hohe Tauern. You can relax in the luxury spa with fitness room. 2 free garage parking spaces are available.

Everything Kitzbühel has to offer is within easy walking distance of the apartment. Kitzbuhl penthouse
This was the perfect apartment to rent. The location is ideal and there is tons of natural light. Everything was very tidy and clean. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. We had young kids and they loved the pool too. We would definitely come back!

Lovely Week in Kitzbuehel
We´ve had a lovely time at this place! Very luxurious and perfectly located at the middle of the village - and with a gorgeous view over the Village and onto the Wilde Kaiser. Also the Spa is extraordinary! Will definitely come back and can only recommend staying here! Thank you Georg for this lovely time!
