"This property is seriously lacking in basic amenities that usually come as standard in any rental property, for example:No coat hooks on the ground floor meaning you need to leave your coat over the back of a chair - not great if there are more than 4 of you in the property.You advertise a fully equipped kitchen however there is no teapot, no coffee maker or cafetière, no dishwasher and the hob and oven were so dirty that we could not use them.
