We arrived late and we unable to go to the restaurant in the hotel… we walked to the Main Street and all of the restaurants were closed That is our only complaint… every thing was great at this hotel… loved the natural hot springs tub on our balcony

Luxurious hotel with lovely rooms, great cuisine.

Very nice room with open air bath at the end with lots of amenities including a hand coffee grinder and coffee beans. Great meals, one Italian the other Japanese. Very friendly and helpful staff

This is the best hotel I ever stayed. The staff - in particular the shuttle drivers, the man who welcomed us at the entrance and the reception - were spectacular. The location is amazing - full nature. We used everyday the onsens although it was very hot outside. Recommended!

記念撮影を色々と手伝ってくださったり、ホテルから見える桜島のビューポイントを教えてくださったり、とても良くしていただけました。お風呂上がりのアイスも嬉しかったし、バスタオルを1人2組ずつ準備していただいていたので朝風呂のときに助かりました。また行きたいです。

施設の設備、景色、清潔さ、料理。全てにおいて素晴らしく良かったです！ 強いて言えば、ディナーがコースだったのですが、まだ食べてるにも関わらず、お皿を片付けにこられたり、横に立ってたりと、急かされてる感じがしました。 もっとゆっくり食べたかったです。 その他は、全て◎で是非また利用したいです！

イタリア風の建物でとても綺麗でした。 温泉は、広く綺麗で、泉質も良く、湯があがり、アイスや飲み物もあって快適でした。 料理は、イタリアンで普通の宿とまた違って、見た目も美味しさも素晴らしかったです。 ただ、ホテルから出るのが不便なので、ホテルでゆったりする感じで過ごすのが良いかと思います。

送迎バスを利用させて頂きました。 駅からの道では周辺の山々、温泉、滝の話を聞かせてもらい、初めて霧島を訪れたので、 興味深かったです。帰りは霧島神宮まで送ってもらいました。荷物を預けた後、更に入口まで送ってもらい、スムーズに観光する事ができました。とてもありがたかったです。 ありがとうございました。 一つ残念なのは夕食の時間です。 15:30ごろに到着していたのに、完全入れ替え制で17:20からの会が満席。20時からと言われました。食事を楽しみにお腹を空かせていたのでがっかりでした。 食事の時間は事前予約だったのでしょうか？ 食前酒に炭酸を注ぎにきた時、大量にこぼされ、「後でふきにきます。」と言ってましたが、食事が終わるまでふきにくる事はありませんでした。 忙しいのはわかりますが、残念です。

流石にラビスタと思えるサービス、社員の教育も良く気持ち良く宿泊。 部屋の半露天風呂が古く感じるので評価は1ランク落としました。 それと設備は大きい事も有るとおもいますがレストランは大混雑でした。
