"The property is a small cute cottage it in a quiet neighborhood near the water. It is close to restaurants, beach, and shopping areas. Short drive to the ferry, an hour drive to Plymouth, Nauset lighthouse and 3 Sister lighthouses. There were plenty of toiletries and kitchen supplies. One of the two bathroom is very small (can fit a small child). I had to pay $125 extra for my Shih Tzu. Pet fee wasn’t listed on the listing so I suggest you ask questions before booking. "The area this house is in is fine. But this room was three flights high, and that's fine, but it was not mentioned in the Vrbo description. Also, how it is constructed with slanted walls makes you bump your head constantly. You can look past all that, BUT there was no A/C, and it was very hot. I told the owner, and she said they "forgot to turn it on for us." It was 80 degrees plus all weekend, and all they offered us was a (heavy) window and floor ac unit that we had to bring up the three...
