Welcome to Ritzy Roost at Victoria Place!

Enjoy this luxurious condo and all the wonderful amenities the Victoria Place community has to offer. Go for a refreshing swim via the complimentary YMCA pool passes and get active at the fitness center and competitive on the basketball or racquetball courts! Victoria Place also offers an elevator for the entire complex.

Ritzy Roost is located in Kill Devil Hills, just across the beach road only 394 feet to Clark Street beach access! It offers a King En Suite with a beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate bathtub. Not to mention, the En Suite also has access to the deck. There is a second bedroom with two Twin beds and a full bathroom in the hallway.

The living area has enough room for everyone to get comfortable for those movie nights after a long day at the beach! The owners have just purchased a new sleeper sofa, recliner, and accent chair to enhance your carefree vacation. Head outside on the deck from the living area and feel the salty breeze on your face and instantly feel relaxed.

The kitchen has everything needed for cooking for the whole group. But just in case you don't feel like cooking on vacation, you're in luck! Ritzy Roost is close to many amazing OBX restaurants such as JK's Restaurant, Jack Browns Beer & Burger Joint, Bonzer Shack, plus more!

Place was really nice. Not pleased with pool situation as it is not onsite, but rather at a YMCA several miles away. Drove by pool and water was green. Found mold around the bathtub faucet. Location is awesome being a mile from the beach and walking distance to tons of restaurants and bars.

Overall great place to stay
We liked the area and found this condo. Very clean overall and has two beach access points right across the street. Only downfall is the walk of the public beach access. Uphill and in the hot sand. Wish it was more of a wood ramp to beach. If you bring a lot then it will be a challenge especially with kids. Was pleased with the condo overall and our stay.

Beautiful Condo/Iffy Management Company
We loved Ritzy Roost- It was clean, beautiful and the location is fabulous. The kitchen had everything we needed and the building had elevator access, and friendly quiet neighbors. The deck was awesome for sunrises with coffee. My ONLY complaint- is that though the management company responds to requests, they don't do anything. Seriously. Two huge bags of dirty bed linens and towels from the guests before us sat on the front step in front of our door THE ENTIRE WEEK WE WERE THERE. After 3 days I asked if they could please move these two huge trash bags of dirty laundry. I was told there was a high volume of requests and they'd get to it. They didn't. It was just nice lip-service. So we walked around it all week. Then the dishwasher suddenly wouldn't turn on in the middle of our visit. I notified the management immediately. They assured me someone would be up in several hours to fix it. Nothing. No follow-up either. I tried the next day, and the next. Nothing. We left with the dishwasher still as it was. All-in all-- I feel bad for the owners of such a beautiful property who are letting a bad management company tarnish their property for guests. If there was better service (or any at all), I'd wholeheartedly give 100 stars. PS-- bring your own TP, laundry soap and dish pods. They give you next to nothing.

The location was fine. The assistant brought sheets for the pullout. Don’t be fooled by the descriptions. It is NOT oceanfront; it does NOT have a pool or gym. You have to drive to the YMCA. There were several broken small items in the condo.
