The beach is about 300 feet from the building with a large yard of green grass and palm trees leading to the seemingly private beach. Enjoy the amazing sea turtles that crawl up and rest on the sandy beach with good snorkeling, kayaking, SUP, wind and kite sailing, pole fishing, shelling and more. Ocean equipment is available at the numerous rental shops in town. Centrally located near banks, post office stores, medical clinics, supermarket, shops, restaurants and more. Tucked away from the big resorts and high tourist filled areas, you can enjoy your own little piece of paradise. The apartment building consists of a total of four units and every unit is ocean front! Stairs are necessary to access the apartment building from the parking area (including units on the bottom floor).
