Located in the heart of South Kihei, Maui, this unit has a Fantastic Ocean/Garden View. Just
remodeled and includes new furnishings from recent 2024 upgrades. All new expanded kitchen with
preparation and dining island, all new black stainless-steel appliances - refrigerator, built-in
microwave, electric cooktop with a convection oven and a great dishwasher. If you like to cook, this
kitchen is now well equipped! In the bathroom, the tub has been replaced with a tiled walk-in shower
sporting a frameless glass shower door. The new shower is a low threshold walk-in with a built-in
seat and hand shower option for senior safety. The newly remodeled bathroom offers a sink with
white quartz vanity. The entire unit has been fitted with environmentally sound recessed LED lights.
In the master bedroom you will find a Flat Screen TV, and a new TEMPUR-Breeze® King mattress
that responds to body temperature in three ways by transferring heat and humidity, helping you to
sleep cooler and more comfortably. Queen size hide-a-bed in living room has a new 2020 memory
foam mattress, as well as an AC unit for comfortable sleeping and relaxing. Two ultra quite Casa
Blanca stealth ceiling fans for silent air flow, one in the living room and the other in the bedroom. All
windows and doors are upgraded to double paned glass for noise suppression and temperature
control. Among the many extras, this unit has two large flat screen TVs. A 50-inch 4K Ultra HD smart
TV in the living room which can access your own Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+ accounts; the
TV is connected to WIFI for Netflix, YouTube and more. This Ultra HD TV is hooked up through a DVR
(digital video recorder) so you can auto record your favorite shows and watch them at your
convenience. Unit 241 offers three comfortable recliners and a Hawaiian tropic decor that completes
your get away holiday ambiance with a relaxing atmosphere. Our unit is conveniently located near
the elevator - great for bringing in your luggage or grocery supplies. With new luxury vinyl floors
throughout the unit, 241 is comfortable, clean and spacious. Enjoy the convenience of the new in unit
front-loading GE clothes washer and dryer to keep all your clothes and towels fresh and clean during
your stay. Bar high lanai furniture with fabric swivel chairs on a newly carpeted lanai is the place to
be for sunset ocean views, cocktails, or your morning cup of delicious Hawaiian Coffee.

We are already planning our next trip back.

Beach chairs, umbrellas for your use. The kitchen was stocked with lots of appliances which made eating in easy. We enjoyed morning coffee on the lanai & it had a nice view of the ocean. Access was easy & check in and out was a breeze. Having a late flight back it would be nice to have the option of a later checkout. Overall we had an excellent experience and would book this unit again.

A Perfect and Dreamy Stay with Everything You Need!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the perfect stay if you are looking to have not only a great, but a peaceful time. The condo is located in a great location, walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops, and of course THE BEACH. The facilities are clean and the staff checking in were amazing. The host are so kind, they welcome you with a nice goodie bag which has Hawaii's delicious shortbread cookies, a cute mug, candies, OH and hand sanitizer! :) What was a total plus during our stay was the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. THEY WERE LIFE SAVERS to have a great time at the beach! You wont regret staying here! Tip: If you are hoping to watch a Luau Dance show I recommend you start looking AT LEAST a month in advance your stay. We did not know much demand they had and unfortunately could not watch one, but honestly, between our beautiful condo stay, the beach and delicious food it was still an amazing trip.

What went over the top for me was a fresh stick of butter in the butter dish! It’s Costco brand so I doubt that it was leftover from previous renters.The kitchen is well stocked with olive oil, spices and good quality cooking utensil. Laundry pods and dishwashing detergent are provided. Lots of toys in the outside closet including tennis racquets! The condo is on the second floor so we could hear/feel walking noises upstairs at times.

The grounds are very well kept and the management is friendly and helpful. It was the 1st time in unit 241 and our 1st time on the second floor. We enjoyed watching out for whales and seeing the sunsets from the lanai. The unit is very comfortable, updated, clean and well appointed. Everything was great! I would return to this unit and recommend Hale Kamaole to friends.If you are there during whale season, whale watching with Redline is a must, they leave from the Kihei boat ramp almost across the street from the property. Also, we rented E bikes from 808 rentals just up the street, riding to La Perouse Bay was so fun!
