They were doing construction above our room for most of our stay so that was loud but luckily only during the day. The pools are lovely, but at times had multiple kids in it. We travelled as a family with 3 kids and one parent working, so it was a welcome relief to have the staff so friendly and welcoming to kids. More than that, the staff were helpful on our trips down to the beach or with any questions we had about logistics. Our stay was quiet, in May.
