Good location.
We stayed two nights. Positives: Good location and five minute walk from the outer walls of the old town. Supermarket a minute away on the main road. Water pressure was good although on our first morning they turned the water off for 30minutes and only put back on at second time of asking. Think this was due to renovation works going on at property. Breakfast included in the price. Air con in room. Good sized room. Negatives: staff spoke very little English so difficult to communicate with them. No maps of local area or recommend what to do including where to eat. On checking out requested payment and had to explain via Google translate had already paid online, they did not appear to be aware of this. Only one plug socket in the room which when more than one person staying and several items to charge is a little frustrating. Wifi in bedroom was very sporadic and often did not work. Building work at 10.30pm for around 30minutes and this resumed at 8am the following morning. Whilst we appreciate people may be renovating no mention of this at time of booking.

The family who run the property are very kind -- breakfast was excellent, and they gave us a ride to the Xiva railway station (and refused to accept money for the ride). Great location, close to the old town.

Very central locale just a few minutes walk from the citadel, friendly and helpful staff, clean facilities, decent wifi. Recommended.

午前11時に到着したが、部屋が空いていたとのことでチェックインし部屋に入ることができ助かった。 城壁西門まで徒歩3-5分程度、徒歩5分圏内にスーパーマーケットがあって便利。ヒヴァ駅までは車で10分弱。 部屋にヘアドライヤーがないのが不便。フロントでレンタルできる。

El alojamiento deja mucho que desear. Estuvimos 3 noches y no vinieron ni siquiera a vaciar la basura. Era una cama doble y habían puesto 2 sábanas bajeras pequeñas atravesadas. La ducha se atascaba y tardaba mucho en vaciarse de agua, así que se quedaba todo sucio. No había ningún enchufe en el baño. Nos encontramos una botella de agua vacía debajo de la mesa, seria de los anteriores huéspedes. La chica de la recepción y que nos servía el desayuno, era muy amable, pero imposible comunicarse con ella sino a través del traductor de Google. Aunque el precio es muy ajustado, un mínimo de limpieza sería deseable.

Dichtbij Ichan Kala
De guesthouse is net buiten de muren van Ichan Kala. Het was 5 à 10 minuutjes stappen tot de hoofdingang, maar je kan ook in de richting gaan en daar heb je een ingang waar je gratis binnen kan. Netjes, lekker ontbijt en vriendelijke ontvangst.
