Peaceful surroundings of swaying palm trees and picturesque white picket fences invite you in to this charming 2 bed, 1.5 bath townhome located in the prestigious and highly coveted community of Truman Annex.

Unwind in Paradise in this inviting townhome just steps from it all. Welcome yourself up to the private porch with seating for 2 and into an open concept Great Room beginning with a fully equipped and updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Dining for 4 with a breakfast bar allows for enjoyable meals together perfect for planning out the day's adventures over a morning cup of coffee. Beyond the kitchen is the living room area equipped with comfortable furnishings and a flat screen TV to be enjoyed after a long day on the town. Tropical decor with ceiling fans create an airy atmosphere leaving you feeling refreshed on a warm summer’s day. Soak up the incredible indoor/outdoor space with glass sliding doors opening up to your private outdoor area with additional dining for 4 which is the perfect 5 o'clock happy hour retreat!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
Both guest rooms are located on the home’s 2nd level and come equipped with flat screen TVs, vaulted ceilings, storage space and French doors that open up to a private balcony boasting breezy, tropical views of the community. The master bedroom comes outfitted with a king size bed and the 2nd guest room comes with 2 twins that can be converted to a king upon request. Both rooms share the hallway full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Additional sleeping arrangements can be found with the downstairs sofa sleeper with a convenient half bathroom steps away.

OUTDOOR LIVING...
Perfectly situated in the heart of Key West, this home is just steps from the island’s main attractions and most raved about restaurants and bars. Take a stroll through this attractive community which is just right around the corner from Fort Zachary Taylor State Park, Harry Truman’s Little White House and Truman Annex’s Waterfront Park. Lazy days are well spent around the home enjoying the brick patio off the Great Room grilling up your fresh catch of the day on an electric grill and swimming in the heated community pool which is just steps from the unit.

PARKING...
This home does offer parking for one vehicle, but oversized trucks and extra large SUV's are not permitted and will have to park outside of this community. Max length of vehicle is 18 feet.

CONCIERGE SERVICES...
Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!

Clean, comfortable and well-appointed, 532 Porter was a wonderful base for our week in Key West. We prefer to stay in the Truman Annex when we visit KW, and we found this property to be an excellent choice in the Annex.

Palms Away was Excellent!

The property is very clean and cozy. It is tucked away in beautiful and quaint, Truman Annex, but conveniently close to fantastic restaurants, shopping and nightlife. I would highly recommend this place!

Great Key West Location

Owner receives an A++ for communication. Rental was in a perfect location to Duval Street and to the Fort Zachary Taylor Beach. Property was very clean and decor was very up to date. Loved it!

Great Stay

Excellent stay. Management company was very attentive and helpful. House was comfortable, clean and in a perfect location. The tub is a Jacuzzi style tub and is rather high sided which can be a challenge if someone has mobility issues.

Perfect location to everything in a quiet gated neighborhood. Easy to walk to Fort Zackary, Duval etc. Loved the community pool, at times we had to all to ourselves. Cozy beds!

Perfect location for a family

First time in Key West and I don't think we could have selected a better location. A family of 4 (8 & 11 year old) and we walked everywhere. Nothing was too far for us. The home was great, clean and in a nice private/secure location. Host was responsive.

Quiet retreat

This was perfect for our family (kids are 4 and 7). The pool is around the corner. Short walk to the splash pad too. The place was spotless and the property manager was great. Very quiet at night but a short walk to the downtown area.

Best location

Thank you for a great stay! This truly is the best location for all the things to do at Key West. Walking distance to the best beach, Duvall street, southernmost point, Hemingway House and Mallory Square. The locks on the door are sometimes hard to open and the door threshold is on the outside of the door but this is truly the only thing I can think would be any negative. Book it and you will be happy!
