Located on a meandering tree-lined cul-de-sac, this golf community offers 2 swimming pools, a fitness center, a playground and is only a short drive to all the downtown excitement.

DETAILS AND AMENITIES...
On the main level there is an updated and fully-stocked open kitchen with all the modern stainless appliances and supplies you'll need to concoct your favorite cuisine. The kitchen bar area provides seating for two. The great room off the kitchen invites you to sit and relax on the plush sofa (sleeper) and chair as you escape into your latest movies and shows from the large wall-mounted tv. A half bath is located downstairs for your comfort and convenience. A laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer is located just off the back porch.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
After a day of sun and fun, travel upstairs for blissful slumber in one of the two cozy bedrooms with vaulted ceilings. The first on your left offers a king bed with a clothing dresser, two hanging closets, a smart tv and desk. Three windows flood the room with cheerful sunshine and lush tropical views. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, storage closet, wall-mounted tv and a small dresser. Step outside the French doors to the upper porch that beckons you to enjoy its treetop views and beautiful surrounding landscapes. Fans are available in both rooms. An updated shared bathroom provides a beautiful walk-in shower, vanity and toilet.
OUTDOOR LIVING...
The upper and lower porches provide outdoor retreats that beckon you to relax and recharge. Sliders from the great room open up to your screened porch and paver patio with gorgeous golf course views. Fire up the gas grill for your fresh catch of the day! This serene community offers a lagoon community pool as well as a second pool, a playground and an abundance of lush and plush golf views from every vantage point. You are truly in a nature lover's paradise here!
PARKING...
There is ample parking in front of the unit but only 1 vehicle permitted. It is first come first serve.
PETS...
Dogs under 25 lbs are considered at this home. Please leave the size/breed in the comments when booking.
MULTI MONTH RESERVATIONS...
For monthly reservations, the following fees will be added PER MONTH:
Mid-stay clean
Pool/hot tub heating fee (if applicable)
Pet fee (if applicable)
BOOKING DATES...
This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night minimum). We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last). We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows or if the owner will make an exception.
CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 90 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations inside of 90 days may receive a refund if we are able to re-rent any or all of the dates of the stay. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation. For multi-month reservations for January through March, a refund will only be offered in the event we are able to re-rent. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation(s).

Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!
