Kawama Townhome with Amazing Master View - Direct Waterfront on a Tidal Lagoon!


Everything is in place to enjoy your vacation in Key Largo! This lovely condo is located in a quiet community with many amenities for all ages. Relax on the deck with a nice cocktail and enjoy the wildlife. Go snorkeling in the saltwater lagoon. Or, bicycle to the jetty and watch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets over the Atlantic.

Children will enjoy the common area with its two pools and children's play area. The condo is furnished in Florida Keys style with all the amenities including three flat screen TVs and a great breakfast bar. High-Speed WiFi Internet for those not ready to unplug or working remotely.

We allow pets, by exception. Please let us know if would like to bring your four-legged, furry family member. There is an additional $50 pet cleaning fee.

Family Fun!
We loved our stay! The property offered fun for the whole family. We loved the swimming lagoon, pools , tennis/pickleball courts. There were bikes, kayaks, and swimming equipment to make our stay fun. The house was well equipped. The carpets weren’t the best ( maybe because it is a pet friendly rental ) and we could have had a few more shower towels but no big deal. The unit had a washer and dryer and offered beach towels as well. At the last minute we decided to bring our dogs and contacted the owner to ask if this was ok. He allowed it and it was great. The dogs had just as much fun as we did. We usually don’t travel with our pets but we were glad we did. Overall we were very happy with or stay. The host was very accommodating and helped when we had questions. We appreciated everything and would stay there again! It was a perfect gated community with friendly people and it was fun for our teenagers roam the property with many activities for everyone. Thank you Daniel for everything!

Great place to stay. Beautiful grounds. We enjoyed the lagoon and the tennis courts. The condo is nicely decorated. Great layout and views from the balcony.

Fantastic stay in Key Largo
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place was very comfortable and the broader Kawama community was amazing! My 2 girls, 7 and 12, enjoyed swimming in the pool, snorkeling & watching the fish and crabs in the lagoon, and looking for hermit crabs and shells at the beach. We had a fantastic time!

Comfortable and friendly
Really enjoyed our stay! Fun neighbors, quiet, beautiful view. Very comfy beds and couches. Only complaint is the downstairs shower. Turned up on high it has great flow but scalding hot. Turn it down to get it cooler and it slows to a trickle.
