Pleasant home - LOCATION

Nothing fancy, much older home. Suggest updating furnishings and removing so many knick knacks everywhere. However LOVED the screened in patio! We ate ALL our meals outside. Bonus! Clean. Met our needs for fun and fishing vacation. Covered all essentials. Graciously met my request for beach chairs which were awesome given we had a boat and frequented the sandbar (thanks!). We left an umbrella for others future use. Listing is mostly as described. Looking for a basic, no frills home, with great space for beautiful view of the ocean and boat activities this house will meet your needs. Enjoy!
