"No reception and was left in the cold for over 40 minutes to check in ! no heat in room , was not given any wifi in formation for the room , the next day got the password but in the room it was no signal . The shower arrangement is bad , no extractor fan in the room for the shower. Overall very disappointing , breakfast was ok. "

"We arrived but there was no reservation. After showing my email confirmation we were offered to stay in a furnished apartment nearby for same price. Unfortunately it smelled really rotten and we noticed mold on the wall. "

Rooms we clean but a member of our party had problems climbing the stairs and couldn't manage to get into the showers at all. The shower was a foot above the bathroom floor. "I liked how they gave the hotel room names, not just room numbers. I wish my room looked the same as the room pictured in the ads. mine looked "older". my room was very clean and I liked having the kitchenette. I think the instructions to enter the building could be a little clearer. I was quite jetlagged, and it took me a while to figure out which of the three keypads to use to enter the building. Just tell people to use the small black keypad, and also use the same code to enter your room as...

"Die Unterkunft war sauber und super ausgestattet. Ein Teil der Unterkunft wird gerade umgebaut, hier und da fehlte mal ne Fliese oder etwas Tapette. Das war aber immer erst auf dem zweiten Blick aufgefallen. Der Whirlpool war leider nicht funktionsfähig (hat 24 Stunden zum aufheizen gebraucht, mag dran liegen, dass er kurfristig umgestellt wurde). Der Standort ist in der Bad Emser Innenstadt, fußläufig zum Bahnhof BE West. Parkmöglichkeiten gibts nur für ein Fahrzeug, für weitere Fahrzeuge gibts...
