Welcome to Sunrise Cove RC, LLC ("Sunrise Cove"), your Texas-sized private getaway. Picture yourself unwinding in a beautiful lakefront home with ample space to spread out indoors and outdoors. Conveniently located south of Corsicana between Dallas & Houston. You’ll be impressed by the perfect blend of relaxation, comfort and convenience for families, friends or companies seeking a memorable escape or corporate event. Perfect for family reunions, girls’ weekends, corporate retreats & special events.

Nestled on Richland-Chambers Reservoir, this retreat provides direct access just steps to the water's edge. Relax by the rock fire pit, play basketball on the private court, or enjoy a game of volleyball while spectators watch the fun from the oversized covered patio, all while taking in the stunning view of the lake. Watch a beautiful sunrise with your coffee during your stay at Sunset Cove.

Our three buildings have 9 private bedrooms with 12 beds, accommodating 21 guests, along with 5-1/2 bathrooms.

• Most of the spacious Bedrooms feature a television and space for personal rejuvenation

MAIN HOUSE
• Sunrise Cove’s Main House proudly offers 3,011 square feet and 3 Spacious Bedrooms
• The Main level has THE CAPTAIN’S QUARTERS with a King-sized bed & attached full bathroom with a stand-alone shower, a separate bathtub & double sinks
• Upstairs you’ll find 2 spacious bedrooms, THE CROW’S NEST with a Queen-sized Bed and THE LOOKOUT has both a Queen-sized and a Full-sized Bed
• The two upstairs Bedrooms share a Bathroom with double sinks and a large shower with a bench & grab bar
• The Main House features a full Kitchen and two large dining room tables
• Full size Refrigerator with Icemaker & full-sized Oven are located in the Kitchen
• The Hallway near the Kitchen has a large Pantry, Laundry Room for guest use & a convenient half-bathroom
• The Bar area has another full-size Refrigerator with Icemaker, a Cabinet-sized Ice Maker and a Portable Oven for additional flexibility
• The expansive Great Room features two large windows showcasing the panoramic lake view
• Relax and read a book with a variety of subjects for all ages located in the corner library
• Enjoy a spirited board or card game at the game table
• Gather around the large screen television in the Great Room that features DirecTV & Roku

RICHLAND GUEST HOUSE
• The 1,024 square foot house has one level with 4 Bedrooms and 2 Full-sized Bathrooms located in the Hallway
• The spacious LARGE MOUTH BASS bedroom has a King-sized bed, the HYBRID bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, the SUNFISH has a Queen-sized bed & the fish-inspired CRAPPIE bedroom has 2 Twin-sized beds
• One Bathroom has a Stand-up Shower & the other Bathroom has a Tub & Shower combination, located in the hallway between 2 bedrooms

CHAMBERS GUEST HOUSE
• The 1,065 square foot Chambers House has one level with 2 Bedrooms
• The WHITE BASS bedroom has a King-Sized Bed with and an attached Bathroom with a large sink & shower, the BLUE CATFISH bedroom has both a Full-Sized and a Twin-Sized bed
• Play pool on the billiards table in the spacious Game Room
• Guests will enjoy gathering around the large-screen Smart Television


OUTDOOR AMENITIES
• Guests can also unwind on the oversized covered patio, which boasts almost 300 feet of shoreline and nearly 5 private acres
• Relax by the rock fire pit, play Basketball on the private court, or enjoy a game of Volleyball while spectators watch from the oversized covered patio, all while taking in the stunning view of the lake
• Bring your gear for Fishing off the spacious deck at the boathouse
• Birdwatching, and Stargazing are just a few of the charms offered at Sunrise Cove
• Concrete Pathways lead from the Patio to the Fishing Deck on the Lake
• A propane BBQ grill & Smoker are integrated into a large, curvy rock counter with plenty of space for food preparation, one propane cylinder is provided
• Bring your own wood for the large Smoker and Rock Fire Pit
• The backyard patio measures approximately 40 x 60 feet, providing the perfect space for kids to skate, hoverboard or ride small toys
• A large table on the patio is centered beneath several overhead fans
• Some Excursions are available with pickup from the lake’s shore

6th Annual Family Fishing Trip 2025

The property was excellent! Stunning view of the lake, and we enjoyed the ability to gather indoors and outdoors with plenty of room for family fun & games. The inside and outside was clean, well kept, and inviting. We highly recommend this property to anyone, any family, or any group. Ms. Connie was easy to reach for questions, and her assistance a relief for our group of 20 family members. We will return again and again!groupmembers.or
