"This is a perfect place to have a family reunion. It's close to Nauvoo, but has lots of space for the kids to run around. The garage area has lots of tables and chairs for dining. Lisa is also great to work with. We would definitely come back again!"

"The space was clean and well organized. Huge backyard with a fire pit. Covered porch that we were able to watch the storms roll in. The only negative is that the river view was what sold us on the property but because the house is split in two, the other tenants were using it. Since the patio furniture sat in front of our French doors we had to keep the blinds closed and weren’t able to enjoy the view. Amazing location though!"

While the house retains much of its 19th century charm, it has the modern conveniences needed for a relaxing stay. It may have been the off season, but food and meal choices were limited in Nauvoo itself. We were grateful for the items we ordered from The Apron Bake Shoppe."
