I'm happy I booked this hotel, it's one of the best hotels I've stayed at, at a very very very affordable price. It's a new hotel so the facilities are brand new. The ocean room view we had was super spacious, the king size bed was massive for 2, had a couch on the corner, and the bathroom/shower room was also huge, bathtub included and amenities great. Balcony view amazing, seafood restaurant just across with walkable beach, music, fireworks. Breakfast buffet has also been one of the best we've ever had, great selection of food and it was included in the room price, again very affordable. Boxed breakfast on the go also available. We used the spa services everynight we were there, massage service was beyond great, the jacuzzi, ice bath, steam room, and sauna are also in the spa area. Pool and gym are available too. The staff is great and friendly, speaks english well, and just overall so accomodating. If i ever go back to Bali, i will definitely book this place again.

Very noisy at night with dogs barking continuously and traffic from the street below if you are in an Ocean view room. No English breakfast tea bags in the room. We were told you had to pay extra for them. They only provided Jasmin teabags. Fantastic gym and Gustav was very helpful and friendly. Loved the Sunset bar up the top, fantastic views of the beach and sunset.Breakfast was very good lots of choices.

Location was quiet and across the street from the beach full of seafood restaurants. Staff was Amazing. Rooms were perfect. Breakfast had lots of options. Pool had nowhere to sit so we didn't use it

Perfect hotel to enjoy Jimbaran beach. Clean and big room. It is a new hotel, but I think they should keep their maintenance well, otherwise it will soon wore out. Excellent breakfast with wide varieties but try not to come too late to the closing time. Excellent infinity swimming pool with Jimbaran sunset view. Excellent spa according to my wife.

Das Hotel war ziemlich neu, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Zimmer waren groß und das Kingsize-Bett bequem. Die Bauweise des Hotels war nicht mit der deutschen Ingenieurskunst vergleichbar. Vor allem die Fenster waren schlecht eingebaut und undicht, sodass die Lautstärke im Hotelzimmer schon so erheblich war, dass es sich so anfühlte, als seien die Fenster offen. Der Motorenlärm und das Bellen wildlebender Hunde war auch nachts deutlich zu hören. Die Klimaanlage war trotzdem gut genug, um die Wärme runter zu kühlen. Der Zimmerservice war sauber und gründlich. Das Personal im Hotel war allgemein sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel war aufgrund der vielen großen Konferenzräume offensichtlich mehr auf Businesshotel ausgelegt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war umfangreich (kalte und warme Speisen, national und international) aufgestellt. Mittagessen und Abendessen gab es nur in Form eines Zimmerservice (separat zu bezahlen) oder auf der Rooftop-Terrasse. Die Preise waren angemessen, aber die Portionen ziemlich klein. Ein Minuspunkt war der Service auf der Rooftop-Terrasse. Hier war das Personal nicht so auf Zack. Wie hätten mehr getrunken, wenn regelmäßiger Personal gekommen wäre. Die Pools im Hotel waren grundsätzlich sauber und schön, nur das kleine bauliche Mängel (abgeplatzte Fliesen) vorzufinden waren. Das Hotel wird mit direkter Strandlage beworben. Eine Straße und die etlichen Fischrestaurants trennen das Hotel vom Strand, wobei der Strand nicht zum Baden geeignet ist.
