The villa, which is 185sq meters on a 1,000sq meters plot of land, is located in the area of Xyla just two minutes by car from the beautiful sandy beach of Xyla. Surrounding the villa are several terraces, all with sea views. The front large terrace has a shaded dining area, where one can sit and relax whilst enjoying the amazing sea and sunset view. The villa is split into three parts, the main house and two guest houses.

In the bedroom there is a ceiling fan and in the living room air-conditioning. There are two guest houses, each one is 40sq meters. Guest house One has a large bedroom area with a queen size bed, two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, air-conditioning and a small fridge. Guest house Two has a queen size bed, two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, a small fridge and a ceiling fan.
The villa will be de-sanitized, including the air-conditioning units before guests arrive and after their departure.
