"I travel often for work and holidays and have stayed in hundreds of hotels. My husband and I agree without question that the Nautilux was the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The location and property are absolutely stunning. They have the cleanest pools and a breathtaking beach spot for guests. Every single staff member was wonderful, going out of their way to help us out when needed. One of the managers visits with each group at some point during your stay to ask for your feedback and genuinely wants to know what could be better. We wish we’d booked a longer trip!"

"A great hotel, with lots of activities and entertainment for kids both big and small. The food options are great, and as a vegan I had a number of options every meal which is different to usual holiday locations. The new and old buildings mean there's plenty of space for everyone and you can always find a sunbed"

"New property in Chania … exceptional facility and staff … superb FIVE star experience Enjoyed the experience immensely, even though they had been open for only a few months … they delivered an exceptional experience. We had the junior suite with a swimming pool, spacious and elegant. You almost don’t want to leave your room. Manos, the operations manager was warm, caring and welcoming. The facilities: 3 swimming pools with excellent seating, gym: state of the art, and multiple restaurants were exceptional. Thank you Marriott Chania"

"The staff at the hotel are very accommodating and friendly, helping you with anything you need. Our room was well proportioned, although we could have done with some more storage space for our clothing. We were situated on the ground floor right near the activity pool, which was perfect for us with teens. The staff were helpful before we even got to the hotel by answering questions via Whats App, and booking the onsite restaurants for us. We can highly recommend a trip to the Agreco Farm for dinner, The White (adults only fine dining), and Asia White - although all of the food, including the buffet, was excellent. Our family of four (with two teens) had a very relaxing holiday with the Grecotel LUXME White. Special mention to Sophia on reception and Dora in the spa, and another lady behind the front desk (whose name I can’t remember) who helped us on our departure day and getting some medicine for my husband. Would highly recommend :)"
