"The communication from this property was excellent. Easy to find and secure. We stayed in the family room with the stairs to an upper bedroom. Both my kids were terrified of climbing the stairs as they were very steep but the bathroom was upstairs. After a day or so they got used to it but I wouldn’t stay here again for this reason. "The Oriental Tokyo Bay checked all the boxes! The rooms were spacious with great amenities. There was an incredible room on the second floor for additional amenities like skin wash, lotions and other hygiene items. The Welcome Social was fantastic, offering a variety of drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, which was a nice treat after a long day sightseeing. Speaking of sightseeing, the hotel has a walkway over the street to the Shin Urayasu station as well as the Aeon mall. Talk about a convenient location! I really cannot praise this hotel enough! It was a great family vacation!"
