Wohlfühlfaktor 5 Sterne
Ferienwohnung sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Betten waren sehr weich und angenehm. Das Zimmer auf der Galerie war ein wahrer Rückzugsort zum Lesen und chillen. Lebensmitteldiscounter, Gastronomie, Strand und Hafen waren fußläufig zu erreichen. Es war ein gelungener Erholungsurlaub. Karlshagen wir kommen wieder.

Kommunikation und Höflichkeit - Fehlanzeige
Die Unterkunft an sich ist geräumig und von der Sauberkeit in Ordnung. Leider sehr weit weg vom Strand und Innenstadt (ok weiß man vorher). Was überhaupt nicht in Ordnung war - die Kommunikation und Unhöflichkeit der verantwortlichen Vermieter. Von "Anmaulen am Telefon" bis kognitive Totalausfälle beim Bezahlvorgang war alles dabei. Daher = nie wieder!!

Die Wohnung an sich ist in einen guten Zustand. Aber es roch extrem nach Rauch. So das es selbst mit Lüften nicht weg ging. Es ist kein Fön vorhanden oder Abwaschlappen und Spültabs. Das sollte man in dieser Wohnung mitnehmen.

Keine Nichtraucher Wohnung !!!
Das Haus von außen sieht ganz gut aus, Parkplatz ist nummeriert. Hoch in die erste Etage , das Treppenhaus war voller Sand und Erde . Rein in die angebliche Nichtraucher Wohnung und es stank extrem. Nicht nach Neuem Rauch sondern da wird regelmäßig geraucht ist schon in den Möbeln und Wänden . Geschirr u Besteck waren nicht wirklich sauber. Ablageflächen auch nicht. Blick vom Balkon okay aber nicht schön. Anruf bei der Agentur bezüglich Sauberkeit und gebuchte Nichtraucher Wohnung ergab nichts. Schade! Kann man also machen muss man aber nicht.

Sehr schöne Umgebung, Strand hervorragend ,einfach erholsam.
Objektgelände alles sauber und schön,noch besser wäre es,wenn WLAN Empfang vorhanden wäre.

Wohnung in guter Lage, man fühlt sich von Anfang an wie zuhause, Karlshagen sehr sauben und die Einwohner nett, Parkplatz zu eng für SUV, aber wir kommen gern wieder.
