The house is well equipped and ideal for couples and families for 4-5 people; Dog owners are of course welcome.
You can expect an integrated fitted kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. A large flat screen, WiFi access and a small sauna are also part of the equipment. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the living rooms allow a view of the balcony and the water surface and give the impression of being on a ship.

You have a wonderful view of the port of Olpenitz. The approx. 30 m2 roof terrace invites you to sunbathe and offers a wonderful view of the loop. Enjoy the sunset on the balcony in front of the living room.

There is a jetty at the house where you can stow your boat.

A children's travel bed with mattress and a high chair on request are available for our little guests.

A parking space is available and can be used by you.

The former naval base in Olpenitz is being developed into the Ostsee-Resort Olpenitz. The section in the area of Schleidamm on which these holiday apartments are located is largely completed.
