As a valued guest of our Resort, we kindly ask that you please park your vehicle in the designated areas assigned to you. These areas are available for Owners, Renters, and a limited number of Guests. To ensure safety and convenience for all, it is important that drivers park only in their assigned spaces and display a valid parking permit at all times.

We also ask that you kindly refrain from parking in any unauthorized or restricted areas, including those assigned to others. If a vehicle is parked in one of these areas, it may be towed at the vehicle owner's expense without prior notice.

Please make sure that your vehicle fits entirely within the designated parking space, without protruding or extending into any adjacent space, driveway, or walkway. For safety reasons, oversized vehicles such as limousines and extra-large vehicles that do not fit wholly within a parking space are not permitted to park at the Resort.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Starting on October 1st, 2023, BV will now be charging for parking. Up until now they were the only resort in the entire Ko Olina that did not charge for parking. The fees are as follows:
- The one time $25 fee per car is required no matter the duration of the stay.
- $25 for an additional car, only if there is space available within the community.
- The BV stalls are small, and many guests have passenger vans or large SUV's, which require a larger stall. For larger parking stall needs, the parking fee is $50.
Guests are required to pay the parking fee upon arrival to the resort community via cash or credit card.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2500.00. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

Questionable Villa

Overall all the property was very good with nice pools, family friendly, and right on the beach.However, even though the villa stated that it could accommodate eight people there were not enough linens, utensils, dishes, seating and plates for eight people. The second shower was unusable because there was a leak in the ceiling and the shower was so filthy It could not be used. We reported this to the management company, but they said it couldn’t be repaired until the unit was empty.I have requested a partial refund and I’m waiting to hear back. I would never have rented this unit if I had known of this issue.The blender and two beach chairs were broken which we did report and on the third request they were replaced.The furniture is worn and should be replaced. Someone needs to do a sweep through this unit and make sure everything is working and functional and that there are enough supplies for eight people.
