Beschreven stond een begane grond appartement grenzend aan de tuin, met grote woonkamer en volledig uitgeruste keuken. In werkelijkheid kregen we een appartement op de zolder, met een klein halletje als woonkamer, een brakke keuken met een twee pits kookstel met veel te weinig spullen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber man ist sehr nah an der Donau, aber kann auch vom Haus aus Wanderungen unternehmen. Krems, Melk und Spitz sind mit Auto oder Fahrrad leicht zu erreichen.
