"Our first trip to this part of the state and our main goal was to visit Natural Falls state park and check out the Illinois river. This booking felt like home and the property owners were amazing to work with. It was cozy, quiet and had everything we needed. One night we all curled up in the living room and watched a movie....an entire movie...all of us! It was really nice having that family time. "

"What we really loved about this place was how nice the staff were. It is a family-run operation and they could not have been more helpful. I needed to print some documents, and they did so without charging me anything. I needed a late checkout and that was also no problem and no charge. I travel a lot, more than 3 million miles on United airlines. This place is pretty special."
