Each side features a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with queen beds, and a great room with a dining table and pull-out sofa. This house is mere steps from the historic 39th street district where you can eat your heart out at a white table cloth restaurant like Thomas or get some comfort food at Fric & Frac or D'Bronx Pizza. Or maybe you prefer to grab a coffee at Starbucks a block away and sift through Prospero's Books on the corner. There is something for everyone.

Guests can access the home via the keypads on the front doors. You can come and go as you please between the check in time of 3pm and checkout time of 11am.

Enjoy this side by side duplex. Each side 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each. One side has a sofa bed as well.

The bus route stops steps away on 39th street and takes you all over the city. Uber is also a great way to travel about the city.

Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet for long term stays.
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.

No parties or gatherings.
The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.

Happy with our stay

We enjoyed our stay. Beds were very comfy, house was clean. Rain shower was amazing. Great fir easy access to westport, downtown, and the plaza. Thanks Lance!

Girls weekend

This property was a duplex and one side was maintained great and updated with ice maker and night lights. The other not and rather dingy. Great location but rather hard to get in and out due to one way street all tore up. The towels were the worst and we ask that please you need to upgrade these immediately. Hardly big enough to go around a small person and so paper thin as they hardly worked drying off your body and they smelled like smoke. We had a great time and central location along with plenty of parking around back. Lance was a very responsive host and helped in every way possible.

A wonderful place! 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 4 bedrooms and 2 pull out couches. The place was so clean, updated and very comfortable and nice. Lance was great at communicating. Nice neighborhood. 10/10 would stay again! Worked great to host a group of girls for a bachelorette weekend!

In town for a concert

We have stayed here a few times. Usually when we come to KC for an event we always check to see if this is available. So easy to park there and then a short Uber ride to where we need to be. Almost feels like our KC home because we know the neighborhood and place so well. Always has what we need and great communication! Thank you for everything! Would recommend staying here.

California visits KC

The location was wonderful to family, places and within walking distance to food. The rooms were big enough to accommodate us all except the bathrooms. There was no storage in the bathroom or towel racks.

Concert trip

A group of us go to concerts together and we came from St Louis for the Smith and Myers concert. First concert back after the pandemic. It was amazing! The property was just what our group needed with plenty of room. Would defiantly stay here again.

It' s not house but a duplex

When I booked this place, it said it was a 4-bedroom, 2 bath house when in fact it is a 2-bedroom, 1 bath duplex..very misleading. It was clean and ended up working out for the four couples but really wanted a bigger place.
