Welcome to our charming, newly remodeled two-bedroom house! Enjoy the cozy living and dining areas adjacent to each bedroom. Relax on the front porch or unwind on the back deck overlooking the lovely fenced backyard with a fire pit.

Convenient off-street parking is available. We're located 3 blocks from KU Medical Center and the vibrant 39th Street Shopping district, offering a variety of dining, shopping, and cultural experiences. Managed with care by Karat Vacation Rental Management.

Cute 2 bedroom house

Location is great. Very close to KU medical center and The Plaza. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is big.

Weekend visit

The house was really cute and nice. It was perfect for our group. Was able to sit in the deck in the morning with a cup of coffee which was lovey. There could have been spraying for bugs, we had some ants near the back door and trash can. We had an incident with a snake common to the area and non-venomous. It was on the porch and went under the porch as we came in the house and was non threatening, it was just a surprise. Overall a good space

Met our needs but nothing more. Overpriced for what it is.

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights with our 2 dogs. It is an old house that has been upgraded internally, but it lacks the quality attributes/furnishings that many short term vacation homes posses. There were stains on the furniture and the blankets, the blinds were broken, the backyard fence had dog-sized gaps, and the noises from the street were unsettling. Overall, it met our needs but it did not have the relaxing/quaint vibe we were looking for.
