Lack of space for clothing. Fly in the room. Tub in bathroom looked old and tired. Hotel could use update. Price was great under a $100. The town of Kanab is great with friendly people and walkable neighborhood restaurants near by. You get what you pay for.

We were in an auto accident and could not make or reservation. Called the property and explained that my friend was injured in the accident and could not make it to their property. The reply was…we are going to charge you for the two rooms, it’s our policy if you don’t cancel 24 hours prior. Really insensitive…do not recommend this property

The property was run down even though it was “Newly Renovated” it had holes in the wall a blood stain on the carpet and the beds were made terrible and one bed had a old curtain as a decoration

Good value accommodations. I didn’t expect much a as the price was quite inexpensive but the room was ok, bed was comfortable enough and everyone was quiet enough for a good nights sleep.

The first room they gave us was dirty. The floors had not been vacuumed and there was poop on the toilet. The second room they gave us was also not clean. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and the carpet had not been vacuumed either. I don’t mind older looking hotels but it has to be clean. I DO NOT recommend staying here.
