"The house has a good location, easy to access the beach. The owner is super kind and helpful, we are vegan and asked for a vegan breakfast, they made every day different options and lots of fruits. So well done. The location provides a good view to the sea, and there are a lots of wild animals, also visiting the garden. It's also an experience. Overall its a good place."

"Good parts. Location for beach, size of axcomodation, privacy, quite modern. Bad parts.. paid for breakfast NO BREAKFAST!!! NO WIFI AT ALL!!! NO HOT WATER AT ALL!! Then there was other things that it said the accomodation had but wasnt there...ie desk, slippers, bottled water. Worst of all the accomodation is next door to a temple that has chanting through a loud speaker starting at 05.30am and lasts about 45 minutes. This is repeated at 6pm....very loud."

"We had a wonderful week at Peacock Point. The villa sits in a small estate comprising tea, cinnamon and other crops; you will eat some of this produce during the stay. The room was clean and air conditioning and internet worked well. The staff were excellent and cooked us some fantastic curries in the evening - quite the best we had while staying in Sri Lanka. "Booked for one night but ended up staying a day longer. Charming tiny hotel in a popular strip. The location is right off the main road with plenty of dining options nearby. Direct view of the Indian ocean from the bed in the mornings and evening is breathtaking. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Request for a "devilled chicken" to have with a cold Lion beer. A truly Sri Lankan experience. Bravo Sea World Boutique Hotel."

"This resort is next level, from friendliness of staff, quality and options in dining choices, we were privileged to be upgraded to a pool villa that was simply huge and stunning and on our last day were given a late checkout that exceeded expectations. "The Bartizan's rooms were spacious and clean. The bathroom was gorgeous. The breakfast was generous, and we were given a packed breakfast on the day we left early. The staff were very attentive. It is located on the coast and walkable to loads of shops and restaurants. It was our favourite hotel in the two weeks we spent in Sri Lanka. "
